NolaCycle Bike Map Project

For my senior project, I organized the cycling community of New Orleans to create a bike map. Since Hurricane Katrina, no city-wide bicycle maps have been released, but bike riding is a very popular mode of transportation in the city. To help cyclists better navigate the roads, give visitors and newcomers a guide to cycling in the city, and encourage more people to bike, NolaCycle is currently developing maps from the data we collected from July 2008 to April 2009.
